We’re so glad you’re here! Every item in our store is handmade with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time for your celebrations. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:

Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 3–14 business days for crafting and personalisation before your order is dispatched.  During peak seasons (like Christmas), processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Australia-Wide Shipping
•     Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
•     Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
•     Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 AUD

International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping at this time

Holiday Cut-Off Dates
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by:
•     Standard Shipping: December 10
•     Express Shipping: December 17
We recommend ordering early to avoid delays during the festive rush.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

Local Pickup 
If you're local to Bathurst NSW, we offer free local pickup. We also offer pick up from Windsor NSW.  Just select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a date and time.

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, and every order is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully — ready to gift or enjoy.
